If you have a discount code, you enter it in the "Order Summary" of the checkout page, directly below the products you're purchasing. Only one discount code can be applied per transaction. If your code is applied correctly, the check out page will reload and the amount you received in discounts will be listed where you entered your discount code.
You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Order Tracker page. After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way
Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders, as foreign postal systems will not update the location of the package in our carriers' systems. International shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks, so you can estimate that it will take about that long from the time your package ships until you will receive it. If your order is domestic and the tracking number doesn't work, please let us know so we can make sure that your items were properly shipped.

No. All items sold in our store don't have a restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable as part of this policy.
